Special Children's Modern Art Class

SPECIAL CHILDREN’S MODERN ART CLASS! Instructor: Ginger Rembold Start date: Thursday, August 2th Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Location: Downstairs Studio Cost: $20 for Crossroads members and $30 for non-members. Child should bring a simple photograph or drawing of a favorite animal or flower to use as the basis for each project. Min. # of students: 4 Maximum: 10 Course Description: Introduce your children to four modern artists – Jackson Pollock, Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, and Henri Matisse. In this 3 hour afternoon class the students will produce four works of art in the style of each artist while exploring aspects of design and composition. Snacks provided! Class open to youth ages 8-14 (age 5-7 with a helping adult).
