Juried films in this event must be no less than 20 minutes in length. There were 217 films from 34 countries submitted for the festival this year. 83 films were selected.

All film screenings will be at Churchill School, 3451 Broadway Street, in Baker City. The first night is a drive-in movie; the rest will be inside Churchill School. Churchill School is a privately owned former grade school on Baker City's west side, which has been renovated into a multi-faceted facility for the arts, including a theater for performances and films, artist studios, and gallery spaces, as well as guest lodging.
$5; kids age 15 and younger have free admission for all screenings.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test (available onsite) is required for all indoor screenings.
