Prerequisite: Tai Chi for Health Part 1, or instructor permission. Age: Adults. Note: Participants will need to sign a release confirming their readiness to participate in the physical activities of this class and, if necessary, obtain clearance from health care professional before commencing. Course Description: A continuation of the short set of Sun (pronounced “soon”) style Tai Chi. We will learn new movement forms and continue to practice and refine the forms learned in Part 1, further exploring the Tai Chi principles which underlie the multiple health benefits to be derived from ongoing practice.
