    Recommended ages: 17+ Monday and Wednesday for 4 weeks from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM Min. number of students 3 Maximum 10 to 12 Students should wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and appropriate for exercise. Age: Adults. Note: Participants will need to sign a release confirming their readiness to participate in the physical activities of this class and, if necessary, obtain clearance from their health care professional before commencing. An excellent introduction to Sun (pronounced “soon”) style Tai Chi. This condensed Tai Chi set is easy to learn and fun to do. The slow and gentle movements place emphasis on improving balance, range of motion and overall fitness and flexibility. The class will include warm-up/cool-down routines, and a brief introduction to the history and principles of Tai Chi, in addition to instruction on the forms which make up the set.
