Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Health – Spring Tune Up Thursday for 4 weeks from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM, starting April 26th For beginning and continuing students Min. number of students 4 Maximum 12 Learn basic forms or improve your Tai Chi/Qi Gong practice as we work to achieve better harmony and balance between mind and body, reduce stress, and enhance overall fitness. This class will use a series of basic Qi Gong exercise sets to explore and deepen understanding of the Tai Chi principles. Tai Chi exercises will be drawn from both the Sun (pronounced “soon”) and Yang styles. Students should wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and appropriate for exercise. Age: Adults. Note: Participants will need to sign a release confirming their readiness to participate in the physical activities of this class and, if necessary, obtain clearance from their health care professional before commencing. Dianne Erickson, is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute as an instructor for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. “My goal is to help class participants discover the benefits of practicing Tai Chi and learn how to easily make it a regular part of their personal care and health routines.” Tuition: $20.00 for members or $30.00 for nonmembers | Instructor: Dianne Erickson | Time: 8:15 Am to 9:15 Am Dates 04/26/2018 to 05/17/2018
