Teens and Adults are welcome! Not just a kid’s class—open to all ages! Learn the tips and tricks to make realistic-looking paper flowers. These forever flowers can be turned into many delightful things, including a corsage, a wreath, a hairpiece, a wall decoration, and more! Learn to make beautiful paper flowers using crepe paper, floral wire, and time-tested patterns. Learn a variety of techniques to use when working with crepe paper. We will learn how to paint and color the flowers, and learn about different types of crepe paper and tissue paper to use. These forever flowers can be turned into a corsage, a wreath, a hairpiece, wall decoration, and more! New to Crossroads—Jenna Lechner, Portland, OR Jenna Lechner is an illustrator, teacher, and writer living in Portland, OR. She is currently watching Scandal, drawing, and wearing a knit sweater out-of-season, probably. Jenna studied art and art history in Florence, Italy, and the University of Oregon. She received a bachelor’s of fine art degree (in printmaking) in 2010. She works in natural media like watercolor, gouache, and pen and ink. She also enjoys paper crafts, print media, and writing profiles in the third person.
