Learn about working with clay and flex those creative muscles by creating your own unique pieces. Join Shannon Gray in this fun two-day event! This five-hour workshop will take place over two days. On Friday we’ll do a brief intro to clay/studio tour and then jump right into making student-driven, hand built clay projects! Whether pinch-potting, slab-building, or coil-building, students will develop one or two unique projects that we will then paint/decorate/fine-tune on Saturday. After the workshop concludes, Shannon will handle the firing/optional final glazing of pieces. Student projects will be available for pick-up at Crossroads one or two weeks after class, depending on kiln firing schedules.
