Exploring the Depth of Your Tai Chi Practice – Review and Coaching Workshop Instructor: Dianne Erickson Date: Sunday, December 8th Time: 11:30am to 2:00 pm Location: Downstairs Studio, CCAC Cost: $25.00 for CCAC members or $37.50 for nonmembers Minimum number of students: 3 Maximum: 12 Prerequisite: Participation in “Short Set Class” (see description above) or permission of instructor. This workshop will provide each student with the opportunity to work on individual goals as we review the details of the forms and focus on what should be happening as we transition from one movement to another to achieve greater continuity and flow. If time allows, we will also work on additional (new) Qi Gong movements. Age: Adults. Note: Participants will need to sign a release confirming their readiness to participate in the physical activities of this class and, if necessary, obtain clearance from their health care professional before commencing. Students should wear clothing and footwear that are comfortable and appropriate for exercise. Shoes are required. In consideration of those with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing any strong fragrances.
