Taught by Sherri Kay Linnemeyer for Ages 12 - 104 Bollywood is a music and dance style that originated in the musical film industry of the Hindu's of India. Although it is a fusion of many styles, there are some basic moves differentiates it from other dance styles. Often the moves are used to tell story and have a light hearted quality. We will learn some of those moves and then learn a set choreography. No pressure to be perfect! There will be a drawing for a door prize of an original painting! All proceeds go to Crossroads. Sherri is donating her time as a thank you gift to Crossroads. She is also donating door prizes, such as an original painting. Sherri has been dancing since she was walking.
