The Catherine Creek Road Race
The race begins at Baker High School and heads to the town of Haines, from there course
becomes a series of rollers leading to North Powder. The race travels through the wind
farms into Union, where you’ll head to the major climb of Catherine Creek.Once over the
top, it’s a screaming descent toward Medical Springs. However, the climbing isn’t over yet.
Several more leg burners await you as you race back towards Baker City. Total elevation gain is
2621 ft. for the opening stage.

Historic Baker City Time Trial
The time trial starts just outside of downtown Baker City, heading south on Old Hwy. 30.
Turn around after 5.2 miles and head back to the cheering crowds on Main St. to finish in
front of the historic Geiser Grand Hotel

Tour d’Town Criterium
Known for being one of the fastest crit courses in the Northwest. The Downtown Criterium is a 1 km
L-shaped loop, through the historic district of Baker City.
Pro 1/2 Men race for 60 minutes, Cat 3 40 minutes, Masters Men 40+ 1/2/3 40 minutes,
Cat 4/5 + Masters 4/5 30 minutes. Women Pro 1/2/3 + Masters race 40 minutes Cat 4/5 women 30 minutes
Stage 4

Tour d’Horn Road Race

The final and queen stage of the BCCC is the Tour d’Horn Road Race to the top of Dooley Mountain. The race
begins at BHS and heads south towards Austin Junction where it turns east to Unity and then sends racers towards
Hereford and then up the backside of Dooley Mountain. The course is 101 miles with 5902 ft of climbing.
All finishers are treated to the Dooley Mountain Finish Fest, which is the most fun you’ll have after a race like this.
